Some simple fixes for the 1st part of todays updates.
- Reverted the hero's amulet back to no attack reg. Expect this to be changed later on.
- Adjusted Rainya's Coven and Lushwood drop rates slightly.
- Added a new monster behind Lushwood House. Will be part of new quest to enter dungeon. Expect many adjustments and more spawn locations soon.
