I received all your questions in PM and emails, but I will not process these immediately as I am not done with my priorities and not familiar with the webshop delivery tool yet, I hope you can wait approx 1 week for me to catch up with the tools and defined rules, or less if I can find time to take a look for this.
I suggest that if you had intention to buy something, please postpone for 1 week.
