- Webshop should be running as normal now. If there are any issues please POST under the new sticky thread dedicated to any webshop issues. Seraph purchasing is included in this fix.
- New Character Creations should be fixed as well now. There was a conflict between seraph purchases and new character creation that caused them both to messed up. It is fixed now. Again, if there's any issues post under the same sticky please.
- Those that have received an error due to the above problems need to post under the new thread so we can sort them out and get them resolved asap. Those people affected have waited enough and we'd like to get it taken care of asap. A detailed post regarding account name(not password lol), date, amount should be sufficient enough. We will PM you if we need further details. DO NOT give out any info that will put you and/or your account in danger of being hacked. If you do NOT post then your situation will not be looked at, pretty simple.
We will keep everyone informed as to what is going on with server. There's been a lot of things going on and right now we are focused on fixing them. When all is done, we will let everyone know the story. There's no fear as of right now the server will go down for good. We are still figuring things out.
